This area is what we call "Mons Pubis" or mons. This area is the fat pad that covers the pubic bone for protection and cushioning during sexual intercourse, however, some of us are probably having too much protection with a huge fatty deposit on the area making it look like the bulge for men which doesn't really compliment our tight jeans of our bikinis.

HOW IS PUBIC AREA LIPOSUCTION DONE in Thailand?
Pubic Area Liposuction in Thailand is one of our routine genital surgery procedures with very highg satisfaction rate. The surgery can be done either under local or general anesthesia (but we highly recommend GA) and the whole procedure will take just about 1 hour.
Since the fat pad is acually not very big even if your mons pubis looks prominent, a special cannula will be used to remove the fat on the area. Our surgeon, Prof. Kunachak, will make sure that we only remove enough fat to leave give you the confidence to wear your bikini in public, while still leaving enough fat to cover your pubic bone for protection.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU PUBIC AREA LIPOSUCTION in Thailand?
Like all other liposuction procedures in different areas of the body, liposuction of the Mon Pubis will cause some swelling and bruising hence your whole genital area may look black and blue for a while. Pain and sensitivity on the area is also to be extected especially during the first 2 weeks after surgery.
For patients who had donee the procedure, it is highly recommended to wait for at least 4-6 weeks before engaging in sexual intercourse to avoid discomfort on the area.
Due to the swelling, shaving of the mons pubis or laser hair removal is also discouraged for at least 4 weeks.
